Please contact your clinic to verify if you are eligible for chiropractic benefits  before your appointment.

We are always working hard to become in-network with additional insurance companies. 

We are not in network with all plans from all providers.

Veeva Accepts Oregon and Washington  
PIP Insurance

To begin using PIP benefits, file a claim with your insurance carrier after an accident.

After an auto accident, PIP coverage can be used to pay:

If you have been in an accident, your medical expenses can add up fast. You should not have to pay for that needed medical care out of pocket. You have paid your insurance premiums, so use the benefits and focus on recovering from your injuries

OR PIP

Oregon PIP policies are mandatory and have a minumum of $15,000 and 2 years from the date of the accident. You may purchase higher coverage.

WA PIP

Washington PIP policies have a minimum of $10,000 but provide coverage 3 years from the date of the accident. NOTE: WA PIP can be rejected and may not be in your policy. You should check your policy to see if you have coverage and may have purchased higher coverage.
