Initial Evaluation
Your Veeva chiropractor will evaluate you for signs of damage following an auto accident or work injury and may administer spine adjustments to keep your back in proper alignment, take pressure off any pinched nerves, and make sure small micro tears do not turn into larger problems after a car accident injury.
Initial Treatment
When treating you for whiplash, your doctor will gently move the damaged joint in the direction it’s currently restricted. They’ll also work on reducing inflammation through therapy modalities, such as ultrasound. You’ll feel an immediate release after your first session and, over the course of your treatment, the pain and tension will usually disappear entirely.
Comprehensive Treatment Plan
After your initial evaluation, your chiropractor will work with you to create a comprehensive treatment plan. This will typically involve a series of visits and follow ups to ensure you are receiving the best care possible for your injury.
